TKG attends Ahaspora Gala
On the 1st of October 2016, Cecilia Crentsil, a member of The Khana Group Ghana, represented TKG at the Ahaspora Gala. Ahaspora is a platform where young Ghanaians who have returned from the diaspora connect with one another to use their skills, knowledge and expertise to help make Ghana a better place.
The Managing Director of Airtel Ghana, Lucy Quist (the first Ghanaian woman to head a telecommunications company) was the guest of honour. She gave some interesting tips on working and living in Ghana. According to Lucy Quist, to have an impact in the society, you need to get into the gutter with the people and work from there.
TKG was honoured to be invited to this event, as our aim is to go to communities where change is needed and to make an impact. We look forward to the next Ahaspora Gala.
