Founded in 2008, LPN has become the largest network of professional Liberians globally, with over five thousand (5000) members in every continent and formal networks in New York, Washington, DC, New Jersey, Boston, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Minnesota and Liberia.

Liberian Professional Network started the Diaspora Policy Committee as a strategic initiative to help foster dialogue between the Government of Liberia and Liberian professionals living in the Diaspora. The committee liaises with its members and the Government of Liberia to develop policy recommendations on issues relating to Liberia’s economy, government and the Diaspora.
