Irene-Nora Dinye is a Senior Program Associate with The Khana Group. She has over 8 years of experience in development research, designing and managing development programmes for the government and private sectors. Prior to joining The Khana Group, Irene worked with Participatory Development Associates where she led research and policy analyses in education, child protection and gender. Irene hasexpertise in the design and implementation of M&E systems, impact assessment, outcome mapping, participatory monitoring and evaluation, training and facilitation. The skills she draws upon are based on a broad and in-depth experience of donor and governmental relations, and working at community and national policy level. She holds a BA in Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and is anMphil in Development Studies from the University of Cape Coast.
