Afi is a global People Operations leader for The Khana Group. She has experience executing human resources, employee relations and diversity and inclusion strategies for employee populations in multiple industries across Africa, Europe and North America.

Afi is also a development professional, educator and researcher with expertise in knowledge management, gender and youth empowerment. Earlier in her career, Afi worked as a consultant for the United Nations in Liberia where she was responsible for creating the first Knowledge Management Strategy. She also provided technical and advisory services to two key programs – Economic Empowerment and Women, and Peace and Security.

Beyond her professional experience, Afi regularly advocates and commits resources, time and expertise to socially responsible organizations. Afi is a Certified Associate in Project Management from the Project Management Institute. Afi’s B.A. is in Communication from Rutgers University and her Ed.M. is in International Education Policy from Harvard University.
