Decontee Peters is a Research Associate and Field Coordinator with The Khana Group. He has over 5 years of experience in Research and Field work management, program management, project implementation, Research, monitoring and evaluation for mission-oriented organizations. Expertise in project coordination and support for nonprofit initiatives and strong advocacy networks, which targets diverse humanitarian and development issues.

Decontee is responsible for Field work management, providing high level support to field team and ensuring high level of quality assurance; he has coordinated several projects in the 15 Counties, in Liberia.
Prior to joining The Khana Group, Decontee worked as Operations manager for the Programme Management Solutions a private consultant firm in Monrovia, Liberia. He also led the team that carried out the midterm evaluation for the Livelihood for Farming Enterprises Phase iii (LIFE III) in cocoa production that delivered satisfactory on-time result, (ACDI VOCA) a USAID sponsor project.

Decontee is a graduate of Public Administration and Accounting from University of Liberia, Capitol Hill, Monrovia, Liberia.
