Charles is a Research & Evaluation Manager at the Khana Group and is responsible for leading and managing research and evaluation. He is a public health and development professional with special interest in quality assurance in the implementation of field research.
 

Charles served as the monitoring, evaluation and reporting officer with Centre for Women and Children Development (CWCD) where he was responsible for the development of project specific performance monitoring plans (PMP) and ensuring the effective implementation of projects in line with the PMP. At CWCD, Charles served as the major correspondence between the organization and its donors. Charles led the process of sourcing for funding for the organization through the internet with three wins whilst with the organization. He participated in both virtual and physical trainings in monitoring and evaluation and NGO management conducted by USAID, European Union, West African Civil Society Institute, Accra Ghana, amongst others.

 
Charles sits on the board of the Youth Society on Cancer Nigeria (YSCN), the Nigerian Chapter of the Global Youths Coalition Against Cancer, a global youth movement on cancer prevention which started in 2013 at the Women Deliver Conference in KualarLampur, Malaysia. Charles received his Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Promotion and Education at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and his B.Sc. in Microbiology from the NnamdiAzikiwe University Awka, Anambra State
